2. Our Service

Remind provides a messaging platform enabling schools to send important alerts and notifications via SMS or MMS to parents, guardians, staff, and alumni. Messages may include school closures, event updates, class reunions, speeches by teachers, and other school-related communications.

3. Opting In

By submitting your phone number through our online form at https://remind-rails.192dnsserver.com/sign_up and checking the consent box, you give express written consent to receive recurring, automated, school-related text messages from Remind. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Opting Out and Help

You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to +15166967451. After texting STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive messages unless you opt in again through our form. For help, text HELP to +15166967451. You will receive a message with the program name, a brief description, and our contact information.

5. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Remind is not responsible for any charges from your wireless provider.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sending unauthorized or unlawful content;
• Attempting to interfere with the operation of the service;
• Using the service for commercial spam or non-school-related messaging.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remind is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
